How Ghost Partner built a full brand foundation for a 20-year healthcare revenue cycle leader — from messaging strategy through website launch and ongoing lead generation.

THE CLIENT

Accelerated Claims, Inc. (ACI) is a specialized healthcare revenue cycle company with over 20 years of experience helping hospitals and health systems recover revenue from complex insurance claims. Focused on Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) and Workers' Compensation claims, ACI serves providers nationwide with a team carrying 200+ years of combined revenue cycle leadership — and recovery rates 30–40% above industry norms.

THE CHALLENGE

Despite two decades of proven results, ACI's brand presence did not reflect its authority. Three gaps stood out immediately:

  • A fragmented visual identity with no consistent logo formats, color system, or typography standards

  • A website that did not articulate ACI's unique value or guide prospects toward action

  • No brand messaging architecture to guide copywriting, sales conversations, or marketing content

  • To compete at the level ACI's results warranted, the brand needed to be rebuilt from the ground up

THE WORK

Ghost Partner led a full-scope brand engagement in partnership with Banes Creative Design, covering four interconnected disciplines:

BrandScript & Messaging Architecture

Developed a complete StoryBrand messaging framework - defining ACI's customer hero, the problem insurance complexity creates, ACI's authority as guide, a 4-step engagement plan, and a compelling success narrative. This became the foundation for every word on the new website.

Brand Identity System

Built a full brand system using ACI's existing logo: alternate logo formats, expanded color palette, typography recommendations, Brand Toolkit PDF with usage guidelines, and marketing collateral (1-pager and brochure layout).

Commercial Brand Photography

Conducted an on-site brand photo session capturing leadership headshots, team imagery, office environment, and client interaction scenarios. Full edited library delivered - no stock photos.

Website Design & Development

Designed and built a 13-page WordPress site with custom UI aligned to the refreshed brand: strategic copywriting for every page, solution pages for all four service lines, basic SEO, mobile optimization, HIPAA-compliant engagement with signed BAA, and post-launch support.

Ongoing Content Marketing Retainer

Established a monthly content marketing retainer post-launch - strategy, writing, social graphics, email newsletters, and performance reporting. Renewed quarterly.
